Vitamin Supply Center is more than a supplement shop — it’s the culmination of decades of holistic wellness, family legacy, and a personal transformation that proves clean living works.
🏋️♂️ Raised in the Golden Era of Health
My roots in the wellness world run deep. I grew up in Los Angeles in the 1980s, where my parents were producing the legendary Jack LaLanne Show. They helped grow Jack’s brand and were pioneers of the first supplement infomercials — selling his products in smoothie bars located right inside his gyms.
🧠 Learning from Legends
Years later, I moved to Tampa, Florida, and dove headfirst into nutrition science. I worked directly with Abby Saylor at Abby’s Health & Nutrition, one of the most respected holistic health stores in the country. While working there, I earned my Degree in Holistic Nutrition and began working with professional athletes — including The Edge and The Big Show from WWE.
🛒 The First VSC: Early 2000s
In the early 2000s, I launched VitaminSupplyCenter.com as one of the internet’s first eCommerce supplement stores. We were successful for years — way before Shopify existed — and proudly featured clean, effective formulations.

💼 A Detour Into Corporate Life
I sold the store and spent the next 20 years building a successful corporate sales career. But like many, I picked up a few pounds, became a dad, and put my personal health on the back burner.
Even so, I stayed connected to wellness, investing as a founding partner in two projects:
- FitArts.com – a boutique gym in Hollywood blending fitness with creativity
- LeanMeals.com – a meal delivery service focused on chef-prepared, high-protein meals for busy professionals
🔥 The Comeback: From Dad Bod to Dialed In
At 46, I had enough. Over the past three years, I’ve transformed my health through:
- ⏰ 4:30 a.m. meditations (no alarm)
- 🧘♂️ Yoga, breathwork, and plyometric training
- 🥩 Whole foods: raw fruit, grass-fed steak, eggs, and clean butter
Today, I feel stronger, sharper, and more alive than I ever did in my 30s. This reignited my passion for wellness — and I decided to buy back VitaminSupplyCenter.com.
